No77 Interiors is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR). Looking after the information you share with us is important, and we want you to be confident that we keep and use your data safely and securely.
You will be notified of changes to this notice by our updating it on our website. No77 Interiors will be known as the ‘Data Controller’ of data you provide to us. By Data Controller means that No77 Interiors determines the purposes and way in which any data is, or will be, processed.
What information do we collect when you register?
When you make an enquiry, order samples or place an order with us using our services you are entering into a contract with us. You will need to set up an account before ordering from us which requires you to provide information such as:

- residential address
- contact telephone and email details
- information on previous and current interior interests

Who we share your information with and why
No77 Interiors works with a team of professional tradesmen in order to provide you with the high quality service and product you expect from us.
We also share your email address with our website provider/developer who stores your data on their server so newsletters can be emailed to you.
Keeping in touch with you
We want to keep you up to date with information about new products and services, share some of our latest work and designs with you, and offers and improvements to our website and our services. These will be by email or via our website and you can opt out at any time using the links provided.
How long we keep your information
When you register on our website and provide information, the length of time we retain it is determined by a number of factors including the purpose for which we use that information and our obligations under other laws.
